Nathi´s charming personality and fun way to communicate have allowed her to work with clients and companies with different backgrounds.
As she always says: ¨food is the only art we are able to indulge in every day, it is what helps our bodies and connects us with our inner self and others every single day”.

Her health journey started when she was diagnosed with atypical hyperplasia at a young age and later developed an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto Thyroiditis, she attributes her passion for cooking after spending many hours in the kitchen curating her healing recipes that allowed her after 12 years to stay in remission and healthier than ever. It was then when she decided to change gears in her aspiration to become a physician and instead dedicated her time to study nutrition and the effects of food in the body. She is an avid learner and has done multiple masters in nutrition that have allowed her to test multiple dietary theories on herself and helped her guide others through a healing transformation of their own. Nathi is passionate about educating others; she believes “education is the key to unlocking your potential to unlimited health and wellness!” and this has awarded her the privilege to teach at various universities and academies about nutrition and food as a language of healing. Whether with private clients or companies she devoted her time to understanding each client’s individual needs, looking at their blueprint, and how to provide a plant-based approach to fulfill those needs.
Personal story: Cancer survivor, eating disorders, hashimoto´s, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, burnout and perfectionism.

Let’s connect
Kristine experienced transformation when she started nourishing her body with colorful plant foods rooted within the earth and discovered how vibrant and energized her body felt (and healing the root cause of many symptoms she was experiencing from inflammation). She wanted to deepen her connection to wellness so she traveled around the world to experience different cultures, and wellness retreats, and studied traditional plant medicines, beauty rituals, and their secrets to longevity. She founded Plant-Based Daily and Kristine’s Beauty Lab in St Barth to cultivate an intimate wellness community, connecting islanders with high-vibrational food, and beauty elixirs and leading them into mindfulness. As a private chef for celebrities and CEOs, Kristine’s clients inspired her to create her first cookbook, which she is currently writing with a focus on ancient beauty and wellness practices and modernizing them to make it easy to incorporate into our busy modern lifestyles.
Kristine is a member of HER Global Network, which is a community of women who value authenticity, empathy & genuine connection; who come together monthly to celebrate the beauty of the authentic self. Kristine leads monthly cacao beach ceremonies guiding others to reconnect with nature. She and Nathi have been friends for over 7 years, and recently reconnected on a road trip through Spain and France together this past summer, where they manifested sharing their gifts and co-create intimate wellness experiences around the globe.
