SAMPLE ITINERARY
7:00 am Breath-work, meditation, and journaling.
8:15 am Yoga: 60 minute class
9:00 am Breakfast: Superfood dragon bowl, vegetable “nasi goreng,” seasonal tropical fruit, coconut yogurt.
10:30 am Nutrition Workshop: plant-based cooking masterclass
1:00 pm Lunch: “Mie Jamur” moringa - spinach noodles, Balinese Lumpia “spring rolls,” Tempe & eggplant teriyaki.
2:00 pm Relax: Walk along the river, take a Balinese herbal bath, spa time, read or nap in room or poolside.
4:30 pm Hike: 120 minute guided hike
7:00 pm Dinner: Balinese Green Urab-Urab, Southeast Asian Style “Tacos,” Curry Laksa, Five Elements Superfood Salad.
